Grateful Teacher

On a very similar note to my last post, I share with you one of my latest shoots with a lovely student of mine who I taught just over a year ago. At the time I was teaching prenatal yoga at Zen Yoga and Alaa was one of my regulars. Such a gorgeous bubbly student who most definitely embraced movement through her pregnancy. Alaa recently reached out to me to book me for a family shoot with her husband and little boy Thayn. What a cool idea to think that he did yoga with us when he was still in his mums tummy. A Special Before & After

Along side my full time job as a photographer I also teach part time yoga. I shared a little more about this on the blog a few months ago. I teach mainly prenatal yoga and there comes the occasion that my students choose to book me for their maternity and newborn photoshoots. This for me is an honor - not only to be part of this special time in their lives but also to capture these memories in a still frame. I am very excited to share one of my latest shoots with my lovely friend and student, Sarah. We started yoga together over the summer and her little baby girl Isabel was born in October 2018.
